New contacts at HAU in charge of external liaison (both national and international): A new office (i.e. the Office of External Liaison, OEL) was recently established at HAU, which combines responsibilities of formally the Office of HAU Liaison at Beijing and the Office of HAU Alumni Association (HAUAA).
